Playing partners in Lincs/Cambs

Hi,
I have been playing for a wee bit now but not improved hugely. Have got my handicap down to 22 but it seems to be stuck.
I think this is partly due to not playing often enough so would be keen to know if anyone from this area would like a partner for the odd round.
