incorrect handicap calculation

I have just entered a round where my adjusted score was 3 below my handicap but my handicap has not changed! Any reason for this?
handicap was 21.5, round was a 91 on an sss of 68 with 4 strokes to come off due to scoring two eights on two par fours.
