Stableford Scoring

Posted by: user5174 | Mon 31st Mar 2008 12:37 | Last Reply

Hi

Can anyone help with this? I have just organised a stableford society match 2 players have the same total score and the sam score on the front nine and back nine.

How do we calculate a winner; is there a specific ruling on this

If Scores are equal, then you take the back nine holes. If that is equal then back 6, back 3 back 12 etc.

The odds on both players having the exact same score is minimul.

The player with the most points at one of those stages is the winner
