New clubs advice

Posted by: user86507 | Thu 20th Mar 2008 18:08 | Last Reply

HI. Im a 30 handicap(the handicap by my name is wrong), 14 year old golfer and i've really got addicted to golf. Im a member of a club and play 2-3 times a week.

I currently have a slazenger box set of clubs, bought from jjb. I have had theses since i started, 8 months ago, and were bought as a cheap option.

But now im getting better and my handicap is coming down, im looking to invest in something a little (well, alot!) better.

I've heard about custom fitting and was wondering whether it would be a benifit to me and how i go about getting it done. Also, what and where to buy would be helpful.

thanks.

At the rate you will be growing and filling out, John, I would suggest that you wait a while before getting custom fitted, unless of course you have a wealthy father.
