New course what clubs to take

looks to be quite long. im my bag normally i have driver 3 wood, 5 wood 21degree rescue wood, 5-sw 56 and 60* wedge putter, due to the lay out of the course at crook.
If your playing a new course what clubs do you normally take. would it be better of sacrificing a wegde for a 4 iron or what?
