Unable to add competition round

When I click on View Competition, there is a list of all the players selected for the competition.

When I click on the icon next to the players name to add a round, I get the following error:

Not Found The requested URL /competition/roundWizard.php was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at dev.golfscoretracker.co.uk Port 80

I can however add the round when I click on the add round icon next to the competition name.

Also, how do I delete a round that is part of a competition? All I get is the locked for editing icon.
