Best practice mat

Posted by: user565589 | Tue 21st Apr 2015 13:29 | Last Reply

Thinking of getting a practice mat for the garden. Save me a few quid on range fees. Any suggestions much appreciated. Mainly to work on my contact. Would be good if it took a tee but not essential. Prob need a net too or might just hang a sheet.

I am assuming that you are talking about a small, portable mat.

Not sure where you could get the bigger, more permanent mats from.

Some of the DIY shops sell artificial turf, but how much good it would be to hit golf balls from!
