Society competition

Posted by: user30182 | Sun 16th Apr 2006 17:54 | Last Reply

I've created a private society.

I've set up user accounts to manage for the players.

I've created a competition for the society.

I managed to enter my round for the competition but cannot enter rounds for any of the user accounts that I've set up. The 'locked for editing' icon appears against the user accounts that I've set up.

How do I enter the rounds for all the members of the society?

Thanks, Arrie.

When you create the competition you need to ensure that you select the group relevant to you competition. This ensures that as the administrator you havae full rights to add rounds for the other users.

If you don't select the group/society then it would just be flagged as a general competition and the system currently waits for the other users to accept a competition invitation until you can add the rounds.

The second part of this message obviously outlines a programming flaw for society members which are in fact the multi user accounts create by the administrator. I will therefore look to fix ASAP.

Darren.
