When do events move from Schedule to Past Events?

In the admin section, I can't find anyway to say an event has been completed. All Rounds have been entered for those that took part, handicaps and leaderboard points have been completed, and the leaderboard has been updated.

But the event remains in the schedule and open to joining. How can I move it into the 'Past Events' Section or say it has been completed/closed?

It stays there until we hit 2015 so that you can view the seasons events and results.
