Handicap Adjustment

I have entered the last round (chart hills) for myself, and then I wanted to add a tournament and then add myself and other members of my society. this is fine, but I have noticed that I now have two rounds entered for chart hills and I can not delete these either it also says that one round is pending authentication - im not sure what this is? also for the members of my society it has added the rounds twice also - I need this amending also unless you can give me instructions on how to do this.
