Go to club

So what is your 'Go to' club?

I have to say that at this moment my five iron would be that club.

Not much good for me if I'm only one hundred yards from the green, but on a long par four or five it's very handy for my second shot.

Hmmm, can't think of how to answer with just one club so .....

Off the tee, or long layup, then I'm happy with my RBZ 3W.

With my i20 9i I'm happy to play anything from 80-130yds with confidence.

Like you if I'm on a longer hole and laying up or going for damage limitation out of the rough then it's my 5 iron. I hit it pretty sweet 9 times out of 10 and can get good distance on it.

From 110 in it's my 54 wedge. I will hit that when I can (unless I need to go over something or really need to stop the ball then I'll go with my 60)

7 Iron for sure, no matter how poorly i am striking the ball my 7 always works!

8 Iron for me, always have a smile on my face when I've to lift it out of the bag.

same as eddie, 8 iron, love hitting it, sometimes take 5 clubs to the range, pick up 100 balls and leave only having used an 8 iron. wish it was a 3 wood, couldn't hit a barn door with a beach ball from 4 yards using my 3 wood. I give it a chance but whenever it comes out of the bag, like an out of hours porn star, the results are ugly, underwhelming and disappointing. I think it must be broken ;p
