formby golf club handicap cert?

can we use the golfshake as proff of hadicap playing there friday says you require a reconised hadicap

Sorry David, we missed this. Generally for general play you will be fine, we advise checking before for 'Open club comps' which we generally say will be declined because they will stipulate an official handicap which can only be obtained from a club affiliated to the national unions and no online or postal service is able to offer an 'official' golf handicap.
