Lowest 18-Hole Golf Score Ever Recorded?

Does anyone know what the lowest recorded 18 year old golf score is? I have been pondering this for some time now. I am not sure if its in the Guinness book of world records either.

I'm not sure it could ever be a Guinness world record as every course is different, even different pars so there couldn't just be one record. You tend to have a lowest score record for each course. I'm assuming '18 year old' in original email was meant to say '18 hole'

What made Kim Jong Il's score truly remarkable was that it was the first time he had played. Clearly a very talented individual!
