New Administrator

I am about to take over as my society's new administrator (Lee) as the present one is to step down (Ralph),i am at present using his login/password typing this but struggling to find the relevant section to edit/change the details.I did edit his personal details but then realised i would take over his handicap and previous history.I would be most grateful for any advice.
