lost balls

ok ,, have you ever found a ball with you own name on it ,when not looking for that ball , i must of lost 30/40 balls on willy wroe over 4 years ,but never found 1 back with my name on it ,,you all ways find some one elses ball ,,, ?

I've found thousands of my own golf balls.

Mind you, my surname is Titleist!!!

Once, in bizarre circumstances. I lost a ball miles right on a hole, gave it up for lost and continued with another. Six or seven holes later we played up to another green (some distance from where I'd lost the original) and there was my ball in the middle of the green. I assume that someone had found it, used it and either abandoned it there or lost it on another hole and that's where it ended.

On Saturday, I found two of my balls in the pro shop for sale in the lake ball basket - wouldn't give 'em back either :-O
