So am I to assume that the awards section of the site has been abandoned altogether as it hasn't worked for months?

Definitely working but there is a glitch I am fixing.

I've a few things to fix and push live this week once I saw some issues with my actual office computer

I used to fix other people's computer which I enjoyed. Fixing your own is a right pain! especially when it's one of those weeks when everything decides to play up! faulty monitors, faulty telephone ......

I sound grumpy and probably need a round of golf!

Hi Trevor, I'm hopefully on the other side of fixing my own computer hardware issues!

I've now had a good look at this and can see you were awarded 2 of the badges recently (October) for an eagle and no 6s on the card.

Which awards do you think you are missing out on ?

Hi Darren - just checked and I think this list is complete in terms of awards currently missing: GIR, 10 x GIR, FIR, 10 x FIR, fewer than 30 putts, no 3 putts, Drive for show.

Can I suggest another award? Something along the lines of dropping handicap by five shots in less than a month or less than two months to be more realistic - or something like that? This has been a good summer to me - someone who has just started playing regularly again :-D

Thanks. I've fixed the glitch and will have pushed to the live system in the next few hours. Watch out for some email notifications when it starts working!

I'm just having a blitz of a few minor usability bugs and will then be look at a load of updates along with rolling out a new charting/graph system. I will also look at getting this new award live along with a few others to help focus your game.

Another suggestion for an award - the Holy Grail of stats. No FIR, no GIR, no putts, birdie. Done one myself and Martin M got one on Sunday - in fact I've seen it a few times..

Don't forget is was a sand save too !!
