Spotted this had happened at my local course. As the pro says, seems strange (especially only taking 14) to take all that time over something like this.

The course is quite narrow so you wouldn't need to walk miles trying to find each flag. The 4 remaining could be those on the other side of the road.
Shame like. Is a good course in a pretty little spot up on the cliff
