Very poor service

As some may have noticed I had posed a question on Lithium batteries…The reason for the posting on this and other Forums is because the Manufacturer of my recent and very expensive purchase LITEPOWER refuses / has failed to respond to my simple questions even though I have written to them three times and also telephoned no answer to their phone! Having been totally ignored. It makes you think what they are hiding. Anyone thinking of buying from LITEPOWER should think long and hard in my opinion.
