can you use golf rite grip training grip during rounds and competitions ?

during practice rounds yes but not any round where your score is to be recorded for your handicap, this includes competition. there is a rule that stipulates no training aids can be used during a round but i cant remember which one - there are a lot lol

There are also specific rules for grip shape i the rules not sure about which clause it is.
