Any tips for Adam with this on Friday ? particularly with coping with the heat!

Never done this, always wanted to, I think next year will be my year. I should think change of clothes, socks and shoes.
Drink and eat plenty and not worry too much about the score

Chris, I caught up with Adam after 36 holes. They didn't stop for lunch but had a shower, changed tops and eat/drink on the gone which seemed to do the trick. They all seemed in great spirits after the first 36!
