Golf in the Algarve

Hi
I am going on holiday with my wife and friends in Praia De Rocha in the Algarve Portugal in mid September. I am a high handicap golfer (playing handicap 24) and have never played golf abroad before. I note that you have information on golf in Spain, but not Portugal. Would you be able to recommend any courses in my holiday area, and give me some pointers about booking, club hire etc. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
