County Galway, course suggestion ?

hi, we are tourist, visiting this area july 1 or 2, and i may have time to play in the PM. We are staying Clare Galway Hotel. I will not have a car, so a cab to a close course may work great. anyone have any ideas ? thanks.

I've never played golf there but you have a few courses near Claregalway.
