Can't get on with my Ping g25 3wood

Posted by: user292202 | Tue 28th May 2013 17:18 | Last Reply

Up till couple of weeks ago I used my Ping G10 woods n irons. With my 3 wood looking a tad worse for wear I decided to take the plunge and buy the new G25. Now my G10's are all fitted with stiff shafts and as I hit my 3wood (tfc stiff)over 200 yards I assumed buying the g25 with the stiff tfc shaft would be the best choice. Now after a few rounds and about 50-60 balls at the range last night I'm thinking iv made a mistook !! No matter what I do I just can't keep the ball flight straight!! With my G10 I was mostly straight sometimes a wee draw or a slight fade but the G25 just goes right, right and more right!!! Wish now I'd went for the ping n flight fitting now. Don't know now should I sell it and start again or could I take it and get a different shaft fitted. Iv booked a lesson tomorrow morning to see if that can sort me out failing that its off to a fitting centre. Had a look on ping sight and there's a greaves sport who do ping fitting with n flight about 20 miles away

I've played Ping irons for years now and over the years I have bought a number of various Ping woods to go with them but to be honest have never got on with any of them. Probably a Ping fitting centre may be the best bet.
