This a message from Sophie the reason why I am doing this charity day. This is a recent post from Sophie’s website – this is the reason why I am running the golf day . She had a transplant from Anthony Nolan

Sophies words - I sent a letter to the Donor (thank you Shelley for helping me write it) and I thought I would share his response. What a remarkable man!

“Thank you so much for your letter, it was very heart warming and brought a lot of us to tears.

My decision to donate was because I believe we all should do our bit to help save another and even more so when it's a child. I to have a daughter and she is four, so the decision was easy and the task painless.

I'm so pleased to hear your daughter is very active and I hope my further donation gives her boundless energy. I look forward to meeting her and your family some day soon.”

It will be £40 per person if booked as a individual and includes a light lunch at the end of prize giving.

Cost per team - if booked as a 4 ball - £140.00 and include light lunch and golf + prizes

£10.50 per person deposit required to work out numbers ( this will be x 4 if booked as a team )

Full balance due 1 month before the weekend. ( This can be made by paypal or bank transfer to my account - Please note this is none negotiable )

Sunday 22nd September - will be charity tournament day where players who did not stay over will join us for final of the season - This will be a stableford tournament
