Hybrids

Posted by: user417395 | Tue 23rd Apr 2013 18:47 | Last Reply

wonder if anyone out there can help me out with what i am finding is a minefield. Why are hybrids from different manufacturers different lofts. Is this merely a ploy to get you to buy only their equipment. What would anyone suggest i should put in my bag degreewise.

I carry a Driver, Ping g20 17*, cleveland launcher 20.5* and a howson gbh attacker 24*,

it is a bit of a minefield and i did struggle for ages to find a 20* on the cheap but got it in the end.

I struggle with a 3wood off the deck but i miss its length off the tee, i comprimised though and am glad i did. Depends what set up your currently running i suppose. i use driver 3xHybrids and 5iron down. gives me space for my wedges

Paul

I decided to replace my 3 & 4 Irons with a Hybrid - After trying a few I went for a 21Deg loft, which distance wise went somewhere between the 3&4. Which was exactly what I was looking for.
