Rules help

Posted by: user16742 | Fri 26th Oct 2007 11:49 | Last Reply

I have entered the winter league(pairs), and this sunday were playing against our assistant pro.
Its betterball strokeplay this week, im off 27 and my partners of 28. so does that mean that at the end of the round we take what ever strokes were allowed off and the lowest one we put in? or is it worked out per hole?
What happenes in this if i lose a ball? or if my ball goes into a bush/brambels where i can see it but wouldnt be able to hit it out?
What kinda stratergy should i use to

then the week after its bogey ball, never played that, any tips on how to do that to.

TIA

P.S how long would it take to get from Scotch corner to the golfshake event?

If the assistant pro is playing against your better ball then he is on a hiding to nothing.
