Course search & lookup

I've just implemented some updates when searching for courses using the search box at the top of the page or when adding rounds and using the lookup wizard.

Speed will be a notable difference

plus as part of the add round process you will now see the tees/scorecards for the last 5 clubs you have played to speed up the process even further.

the add round/ last 5 clubs you've played is a good feature but when I tested it the list of the last 5 clubs I've played wasn't correct and it had missed out my club I've played the last 15 times
