Belton woods Grantham

Posted by: user466742 | Thu 28th Feb 2013 20:52 | Last Reply

Having a golf weekend at Belton woods in a few weeks. Anyone have any past experiences? I've stayed there before but never played the courses. Anything to look out for? Hints/local knowledge etc?

Both very nice courses, fair bit of water even on the woodland course.

Fairways are fairly generous, greens can be a bit bumpy, if there is a dry spell before you play I would imagine the greens to be better and quicker.

Nice hotel.

Have a great time

Cheers for replies lads! Really cannot wait! Shame about aeration but I'm sure it won't make too much of a difference! Here's hoping for a few low scores!

Hi Andrew

Will be playing there myself March 25th 26th 27th. Golfbreaks-great value. Did this deal a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed both courses. Looking forward to return visit. Hope for decent weather. Mind the 18th on the Lakes! Enjoy! T
