When Tiger's not playing anyone can win

Well, Tiger certainly walked the late finishing Farmers Insurance Open. Although it didn't finish until Monday, they could have given him the trophy on Friday as no-one was within sniffing distance over the last 2 rounds!
This week the PGA Tour moves to the Waste Management Open and Tiger isn't playing :-) Although there are still a fair number of top 30 players at the event I think it's wide open this week - there could be some high priced players toward the top of the leaderboard.
Maybe it could be Vijay Singh's week??? Who do you think will go well this week?
