Well done to Paul McGinley the next Ryder Cup Captain who, I hope, will lead Europe to victory at Gleneagles in 2014.

Went to the London Club a few years back when Paul was playing in European Open, a top man who appreciates the fans and gets on well with all the players! Wish him all the best!

I've told this story before. I was at the PGA Academy at the Belfry years ago when the Ryder cup was being played.
I stood in the reception area watching it & a chap stood behind me. After a few minutes he said "I wish I was there", "so do I" I said. I turned round & it was Paul McGinley!!!
He was there to have a session with his coach! Very nice and down to earth man.
Hopefully he'll bring the luck of the Irish in 2014
