Golf on TV - Time for dedicated UK channel ?

With the 2013 events underway is it about time we had a dedicated channel in the UK ?

I think the golf channel in the US doing a partnership with Sky to form something over here would be excellent. They already have a lot of decent programming to make it excellent, along with all the live events to go with it.
I know there was a golf channel over here in 2007, but I don't know how similar it was to the one I am used to watching when visiting the US.
