Who's the champion of champions?

The 2013 PGA Tour season starts this week with the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. There are 30 entries who were all winners on the tour last year. The top 7 in the world rankings aren't playing which has meant that the favourite is Matt Kuchar. Is he what you would describe as a champion of champions?
