Residential Golf schools
A friend of mine is thinking about going to a residential golf school next spring.
The three days are split into General analysis, video work, pitching, putting and a whole lot of golf related stuff.
This may suit me as well as I am a relative beginner.
Has anyone been on such a course? Did you find it good value etc.?
I would appreciate your thoughts, experiences, recommendations, etc.

No body has been on a course then? I would have expected someone among the golfing community to have been on a course or had a friend ,colleague that had attended one. Maybe I will be the FIRST

I just got an email from Garforth driving range pro Phil Boag in Leeds. It offered 7 nights in Spain with golf tuition every day and 18 holes on a championship 5 days. also a couple of time a par 3 course. All this plus bed and breakafast for 699 flights not included. I would love to go but my wife isn't too keen as we want a family holiday next year. So looks like I won't be going. :-( this is the itinerary. copy and paste to your browser.

I have been looking at going to a golf school abroad.
This would mean me playing plenty of golf and the wife and daughter getting some much needed sunshine.
Not really looked into the cost, etc.
But I am seriously thinking it might be an idea for next spring/summer.
