System Downtime today

Unfortunately we experienced some critical hardware issues today at 9am which caused one of our servers to become unavailable. Engineers were on site to rectify the issue but resolution took longer than expected to replace parts and get the server back online.

At 8pm [GMT] normal service resumed.

Sorry for any inconvenience today and rest assured, with this being the longest outage in 12 years, we are looking at how we can increase fault tolerance & resilience going forward.
