edinburgh courses

hello, golfers need a bit of help selecting some nice courses around edinburgh, have not played the area so any info would be taken on board.......cheers

Went on a weekend golf stag do about12 years ago and played at Torphin Hil GC(great views of city and beyond)3rd hole is about 350 yards having to hit about 200 yards and the about 100 or so to go but about 100 feet up not being able to see the the green,Silverknowes GC(parkland links) and then on the way back south called at Dunbar on the sunday and played Winterfield GC right on the coast(decent links)1st hole notsure if its a par 3 or 4 but the green is reachable in one however there is about 30 foot drop between the tee and green area with a fairway then back up to the green area.
