Nine Holes: What to enter in Strokes box

I've set up the front nine of my course. If my handicap is 28, do I enter 28 in the "Strokes" box, or 14 ?
If I enter 28, then in 'Round Data', the net score is wrong, but the Stableford points are correct. If I enter 14, then the net score is right, but the Stableford points are wrong.
