AN, plans only got finally approved back in Dec 2011 after much deliberation from councillors & residents judging by the notes, due to be a par 69 - 5623yrds course and from plans laid out could be a really nice challenging course...http://www.parkhallgolfresort.co.uk/files/22112010085946.pdf , with things like this that have taken ages to plan and approve, would'nt expect to see it open much before 2013 at earliest

Nice to see a development company catering for the amateur player by producing a course that, though fairly short could be made to test the accuracy of everyone.

It is obviously going to be dependent on being able to sell the property and timeshares that they will be offering to the general public and with a course that should be manageable by those with any spare cash, like older pensioners, it looks to be a good idea.

from what i read about it John, seems like the man behind it is a local lad, so he must know and feel confident about it to build it, looks very challenging on the odd fairway judging by the plans.
