I can highly recommend Costa Adeje Jamie. Great course on the coastline with some fantastic views. Golf del Sur is ok too and you can get a deal for 27 holes (3 loops of nine) plus lunch if you book in advance. The Seve course is supposed to be the best but at 150 a round (2 years ago when I went) is expensive. It's also about as far from the resorts as you can get

Can recommend Golf Del Sur with its 3 x 9 hole courses. Played there quite a few times now and its is quite a slog as change in elevation is quite big. Think I enjoyed it best when playing 9 holes late afternoon (It is also cheaper then). Thought the pro there, Pablo, was also quite good for a lesson. Can also recommend the nearby Amarillo Golf Course too.
