New Cart Bags

I have been looking at possibly getting a new cart bag for the new season.

One question is why are the manufacturers ( in particular Taylormade ) creating these bags with a 14 way divider and then include a putter well ?? Surely if you fill the bag up you will be carrying 15 clubs and therefore incur a " Woosnam Penalty " like the Open in 2001 !!!!!!!!  

Room for a ball retreiver ?

That reminds me , I played so bad the other day my ball retreiver needed regripping !
