What the club says: The Course itself is built on a narrow strip of coastal land, bordered on one side by agricultural land and on the other by the beach. Out of Bounds comes into play in 12 of the holes encouraging straight hitters.
The Course is generally flat but has many undulations. This, when combined with the sea breezes, adds considerably to the challenge.

Must visit
Some interesting holes, played in benign weather conditions. Professional and staff most helpful. Signage on course might be improved. Shotsaver is good investment for first timers. Really looking forward to 2nd visit.Reviewer Rating

One to visit
Played in The seniors open in brilliant sunshine and on a fantastic layout.Very well organised event course was in fantastic condition even though weather over last couple of days was very wet.
Club house catering and staff were all top notch.

Lovely course
Played here on the hottest ever February day recorded in the U.K.Great scenery great course. The greens were a little bumpy but understandable for this time of year.

A truly lovely course, Tee to green it's well kept, rough cut back, but gorse in all the right places

Great course and in great condition considering its winter. Bunkers are in great places for the golfer who is not long off the tee (like me). Clubhouse was friendly and the burger was fantastic! Will play again in spring/summer.

This course does have totally unbeatable views over the Clyde towards Isle of Arran and beyond, its a great links experience that's not that well known, it was light winds & sunshine when i played i think it would be totally different if the wind was up!

The course has some unbeatable views over to the Isle of Arran while playing and has many challenging holes to go with it. Some great links holes that offer sand traps in all the right places to make the rounds adventurous.
