What the club says: The expertly designed 18 hole parkland course is set in a quiet rural countryside location with rolling hills and many large mature trees, yet only 8 miles from Cambridge. A brook runs through the course coming into play on several holes and combined with 3 lakes creates a very picturesque setting. Overall the course offers an enjoyable, relaxing challenge to golfers of all standards.

Excellent
Played Bourn for the first time as a reciprocal visitor from another golf club. The golf course is presented in excellent condition and is a very interesting and fun routing to play. Looking forward to going back to see the new clubhouse, the current al fresco bacon wagon was great and I’d be sad to see it go.

Bourn, so nice to be back
The course crew have been busy during the lockdown; the condition of the course is great, water in the lakes, fairways trimmed, the rough not really rough, the greens, too good for me, like a billiard table. Still waiting for the lockdown to completely ease, so drinks and food are still very limited.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 99 Handicap: 22.2)

A great course
Course in excellent condition including the bunkers. Surprisingly hilly for Cambridgeshire. Clubhouse currently being refurbished.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 98 Handicap: 23)

Brilliant greens and fairways
A MUST GO TO COURSE!!!

Good enjoyable course
I played at Bourn with my usual golf partner on a nice day just before Easter 2019. We have played here a few times and always enjoy the course. It was in good condition with well cut fairways and consistent greens. The welcome from the staff in the Pro shop beforehand and afterwards from the staff in the restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our food, which capped a very enjoyable day's golf.

Good Cambridge course

Super Course
First visit and very impressed with just about everything.Very well kept. Like a walk through a very well maintained woodland garden at times.
The greens are in great condition.
Tough start with a par three over a ditch to a small green. (which there are plenty of. The layout uses ditches and water very well.) After that the course opens out and there are some superb views as in winds it's way round. Plenty of good holes that have that 'wow' factor.
The club house is cosy and the service is very good.

Good enjoyable course
I played here with three friends, two of whom were members, in September 2018. We received a friendly welcome in the pro shop and clubhouse; the course was in good condition; it is a challenging course (though not too so!) with good views over the surrounding countryside. We will play there again.

Friendly club with interesting layout
Bourn is a nice track and very well kept. The fairways feel quite wide so golfers of all abilities will really enjoy a round here.
Nice mixture of holes with some blind tee shots in places. The green were in great shape considering how dry it has been lately.
