A very pleasant surprise. Very enjoyable. A great combination of wide open fairways and tight fairways that give the golfer something to think about. The clubhouse appears to be a bit rundown, but the f&b was fantastic. Great round of golf, even in the rain

This used to be my home course. It is well laid out with gentle hills and plenty of water and forest to make things interesting. Its a pay and play course with very good clubhouse facilities. The fairways and greens were exellent when I played- but the course was fairly new so the turf could be a bit fragile. I am sure it is in much better shape now. All in all this a a great option if you are in the Halifax area and costs much less that the featured courses in the area (Granite Springs or Ashburn).
