What the club says: 36 Championship standard holes set in the magnificent Oak Parkland that was once part of the Royal Whitllewood forest. Four separate nine holes provide a testing challenge to the golfer, from the historic 1905 course to the gently undulating grasslands of the Grand Prix course.
Red Course - Royal Whittlewood Course
Plays around the remaining copses of the ancient Royal Whittlewood Forest, home to an abundance of flora and fauna, which made the forest a favourite hunting ground of Medieval Kings.
Blue Course - Grand Prix Course
This plays over the gently undulating grassland adjacent to the world famous Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit, with interesting lake features and wildlife sanctuaries providing many testing holes.
Yellow Course - 1905 Course
Built on the Whittlebury Estate in 1905, golfers enjoy playing between the magnificent lakes and oaks in the parkland.
White Course - Wedgewood Course
The Wedgewood course has both testing par 3's and par 4's of a high standard of design and construction ideal to bring on and improve the "shot making skills" of the novice, yet offering an interesting challenge to experianced players.

Blue/Yellow
I played the Blue & Yellow & found them to be a very nice parkland course.Nice tree lined fairways, some ditches & water to deal with, great greens & fantastic bunkers.
Look out for the interesting par 5 4th & the dog leg 9th on the Blue Course, both great strategic challenges
Everything was in superb condition & a credit to the greens staff
TBH I wouldn't want to pay much more than the £40 for non residents that it cost's, but it's well worth a visit.
Interesting to hear the roar of engines from the nearby Silverstone Race Circuit as I went round.

Immaculate Greens
I've played this course for 14 years, and whatever the weather, the greens are immaculate. The course generally is maintained to a very good standard, but the greens compare with any that I've played.Reviewer Rating

An Interesting challenge
A day after heavy rain the course was still a little damp, I'm told it was due to the area having a clay based soil. However it still played well, if with a reduced roll on the fairways, the greens however were beautiful, good ball roll and challenging undulations. Difficult to fault.Reviewer Rating
