What The Club Says
Centurion Park Golf Club, previously Wallsend Golf Club, is in a prime position just off the Coast Road in Newcastle. When you step onto the well established parkland course, it is hard to believe that it is only four miles from the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. As you make your way round you can see how the designer has made clever use of the land’s natural contours.

Don’t waste your time/money, course is so run down. £25 for that. I wouldn’t play it again if they paid me £25. Absolutely awful course. Should be closed down instead of giving golf a bad name.Reviewer Rating

Ok and value for money
Fairly easy going parkland course which is ideal for any beginner to play, 3 or 4 characteristic holes notably the 7th, otherwise tree lined up and downs and reasonable greens. Was really wet when I played so it’s probably easier in better conditions but could not argue with 20quid for the round(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 89 Handicap: 23.1)
