What the club says: The course was designed by golf course designer Bob Sandow and opened in the early 90's.

Treloy Golf Course is a spacious parkland course with tree lined fairways that are quickly maturing to add to the golfing challenge and the overall beauty of the course and spectacular countryside views.

We like to emphasize the fact that the Golf Course which is made up of 5 par fours and 4 par threes, is designed, constructed and most importantly maintained to a very high standard and will appeal to the experienced golfer and novice alike.

Excellent course

An excellent course which is a mixture of Par 3 and 4 holes.
Very well maintained. Not crowded. A pleasure to play. I will return.

Perfect for a sunny afternoon.

What a lovely little course - I played 9 holes on a glorious afternoon and really enjoyed it. For £14 it was the perfect way to spend a couple of hours.

The tiny 'clubhouse' belies the quality of the greenkeeping and the standard of the course - It's an absolute bargain. Fun, interesting holes - with a fair degree of challenge for a mid handicapper forcing me to use all clubs but the driver.

I wouldn't imagine 18 is particularly fun as you play the loop twice, but 9 was class.

Fantastic course for all abilities

Fantastic course and setting, great for golfers at all abilities. The greens are kept in excellent condition all year round. There is also a driving range, practice chipping and putting green.

Great 9 hole course

Really well looked after course, fantastic greens after a long hot summer. Plenty of challenges for a predominantly par 4 course with some tricky greens and well-placed bunkers. Enjoyed the 9 holes so much I went round again.

January Medal in February due to fixtures clashing. Course has stayed very playable so far, only lost a couple of days to weather. Greens are in great shape for the time of year - no temporary greens in use.

Great course for a high handicapper like me, bunkers are the only let down, hard gritty sand. Greens and fairways nice though. Quite a few par 3s but some nice length par 4s thrown in for those who struggle on longer distance courses. Great spot!

Played twice in 2013 and returned this May with enthusiasm. We were disappointed. The mature lady staffing the pro shop did not welcome us- her request for payment was "46 pound". No please or smile. We had to ask for cards. If this had been our first experience i think we would have left then. (We are 4 seniors.) Fairways were long but playable. Ball did not run and on distance shots it was sometimes difficult to find the ball. Short rough was covered in clumps of grass. Greens were bumpy. Safety net on third tee, against main road is down. One green keeper, only one seen, was cutting grass under trees. After our initial reception we did not use the club house- unlike last year. We planned a number of games but did not return.
