What The Club Says
Shooters Hill GC is an attractive parkland course situated close to Blackheath, with superb views across the North Kent countryside. The course is a challenging but fair test of golf, good shot selection is critical for a good score.

A gem in the midst of SW London
Shooters Hill is an absolutely stunning golf course, complete with beautiful fairways bordered by beautiful trees. The greens are very tricky and undulating with many false fronts protecting uphill approaches. Deep, well maintained bunkers make shot placement a premium.Having local knowledge is definitely an advantage.

Course looking good
It has dried out very well from the months of wet weather, the greens are coming on nicely and are quick and true but will get better. Trees and ditches are all there to make life tricky if you are off lineReviewer Rating

Always a good challenge
Course in very good condition despite the continuing dry spell,, faiways firm ( but not like rock!) and true and still with some give and bounce... greens have recently been spiked and dressed but are on the up again, but still true and a good testReviewer Rating

A hidden gem of a course Just inside the Borough of Greenwich
Beautiful rolling fairways, Tight driving required.A relatively short course, but very challenging requiring one to drive to the correct side of the sloping fairways

Tight and damp but a nice course
Started well enough but Par 3's were my downfall. 8+ for 5 holes including a 6 on the 10th. Course lulled you into false sense of security but to be honest is was the odd wayward shot that cost me dearly. Chipping wasn't brilliant and putting was OK. Nice course. Would like to play again. Could be interesting in the summer as a lot of fairways slope from left to right and a lot of up hill approaches. A short course but plenty of variation in elevation.Reviewer Rating
