What The Club Says
A superb 9 hole pay & play golf course in the heart of the Cotswolds. Opened in 1995 and has since developed into offering an easy walking and golfing experience for all the family. Shipton Golf Course has a total length of 2487 yards, resulting in one par five, six par fours and two par threes.

Beautiful setting/conditions
Bank holiday- Sunny, very busy. 9 hole course. Mix of Par 3, 4 and one par 5.Roll up, wait in line and play. Rules are on clubhouse door and most were happy to wait in line . Course and greens in excellent condition. Ideal for anyone new to golf. Course narrow in places. No bunkers, but trees and brook running across course, means you have to be careful. Staff polite and customer friendly. Small selection of snacks and coffee, but ideal after 9 holes.Reviewer Rating

tip top condition
we found Shipton with all systems good. greens smooth, fairways well cut, rough navigable and easy to find wayward balls, staff cheery and food on.Reviewer Rating

borderline playable but we played nevertheless

well kept course
Despite the constant rain, they have managed to keep this course open for all golfers. I only wish they'd make a decision about the grill.;yes or no. It could be a crowd puller.Reviewer Rating
