Lack of attention to detail
There is a serious lack of attention to the details at this course, which is an absolute shame as it is one of the better ones in the county. Confusion over its future may be the reason as not too much repair and spenditure is being done. The bunkers are poor to say the least, the greens following the maintenance week are now really slow and not what they once were. The overall ground in places is still very soft and damp and obviously not draining as well as it should by now into the year. New caterers have yet to find their mark and whilst the quality of their wares is not in dispute, some of their prices appear to be on the higher than need to be side. In my opinion this course is not what it was before.Reviewer Rating

Not looked after
A great course spoilt by its condition and how it is ran. Fairways have too much traffic on them for the very wet conditions. Greens need work, still on rubbishy mat tees, no catering at the moment, poor management.Reviewer Rating

First timer
Another Leicestershire club ticked off this year. First off the T boxes and greens are some of the best I've played on this year. Lots of interesting little borrows . My only criticism would be why on earth did the greens staff decide to mow the back 9 days after horrendous weather conditions. It looked like joyriders were on the course.Reviewer Rating
