Birstall Golf Club is 6239 yards long with a par and standard scratch score of 71 from the men’s competition tees and is a delight to play, providing a fair and exciting challenge to the golfer. There are superb greens and fairways with some very challenging tree-lined holes on a layout which is fairly easy to walk.

A nice venue and challenge
A nice venue and challenge was enjoyed on this am/am visit competition today. Loved the whole set up. The clubhouse, shop, facilities and course were all in excellent state. The greens were presented in an immaculate condition. The very friendly staff made the day special. The catering was also very tasty from the full English before hand to the most welcome sandwiches and fries to follow after the round. A cracking course on a cracking day and one I would be very happy to recommend to all.Reviewer Rating

Birdstall Golf Club
Enjoyed my time at Birdstall everything from the steam train coming past the first tee to the great condition of the course. Birstall has some really interesting and challenging holes. A good mix of risk and reward and long par 4's. The course was in great condition and the greens superb.Reviewer Rating

Hidden Gem
On the edge of Leicester this 100 year old club is well worth a visit.New club house and Pro shop since my last visit. Course tree lined in fantastic condition tee boxs, fairways & greens in first class condition.

Very good condition.
