What the club says: Otley Golf Club offers a rigorous test of golf in one of the most beautiful settings in the Wharfe Valley. Two streams meander their way towards the river Wharfe and influence the golfers’ shots on 7 holes.The magnificent, wooded Otley Chevin creates an impressive backdrop and to the north and west stretches Wharfedale making this parkland course a unique location.

Great course worth playing
Played at Otley GC a few times now and never disappoints. Friendly welcome in pro shop and clubhouse. Nice Full English Breakfast. Good practice facilities right outside clubhouse. Course in good condition even after prolonged dry spell. Greens good considering. Nice course to walk round no big inclines. Some interesting holes especially when the brook comes into play on two of the par 5s plus one of the toughest par 3s, 5th hole, you'll play. Well worth a round here for sure. Great course worth playing
Have played Otley GC a few times now and always good course to play. Friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Food good. Great practice facilities. Course is a good layout with some interesting holes, greens mint, quite tricky to read. Well worth a round for sure, will keep on coming back.Reviewer Rating

Pleasant course.
Course in good condition, greens slower than they looked. Nice welcome in the pro shop and welcoming staff for a post round drink. Course does feel as though a lot of the holes are similar to each other : midweek visitor rate of ?45 was reasonable.Reviewer Rating

Always great to play
Second time playing Otley GC, usual friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Great breakfast. Top practice facilities, chipping area, driving range, putting green all near clubhouse. Course in superb condition, greens like carpets, good speed to them. So good holes and proper card wreckers like tough par 4s 4tth and 13th. Well worth playing for sure.Reviewer Rating

Nice course, worth playing
First time at Otley Golf Club, friendly welcome in pro shop and clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course in good condition a few bare areas due to hot summer, greens quite true and reasonable speed. Fairly flat course so easy walk around. A few blind holes so need to play a couple of times to figure it all out. Some holes treelined and quite tight. Worth playing though for sure(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 82 Handicap: 5.1)

played in a society which got rained off with no one completing the 18. Got charged a tenner when we went back even though we'd spent rather a lot of money at the bar first time round (due to being rained off). which would have been ok had the greens not been heavily spiked and sanded, in the middle of august!!

Excellent condition in particular considering the amount of rain we had the night before. The greens were very true and consistent - my level of putting was not a match!

Absolutely superb course. I paid £15 to go around with a member and at that price it's seriously good. It can be picked up quite cheap through some booking sites now and I would seriously recommend it.

TOP COURSE I CONSIDER IT THE AUGUSTA OF OUR AREA, FOR US MID HANDICAP PLAYERS IT'S A GOOD FAIR TEST WITHOUT DESTROYING YOU AND A REALLY FLAT TRACK TO STROLL ROUND AND ENJOY. ABSOLUTELY TOP FLIGHT

Great course, a bit tough for high handicappers. Greens in good nick. A good variety of different holes with some very challenging par 3's

The weather was perfect, the course was in excellent condition.

Excellent golf course. The overnight rain wasn't a problem. The fairways and greens are very well maintained.

Rather bland ..this course need livening up with some strategic bunkers/hazards .Too short and its condition is similar to a municipal course.

Lot of holes very similar east to West -West to East. Very flat, rather dull even may one say boring. Clubhouse facilities very good. bar staff & pro excellent. Food good.
Dont accept 2 - 1 vouchers. Difficult to get a deal. Seems they want to keep an air of exclusivity, which the course does not seem to merit. Hard to even lose a ball, so wide are the fairways. Lack of fairway bunkers to liven things up, just drive and iron. Would play again, only if nearby, drove over 1 hr to get here. passed several more exciting courses to play, with better value for money. Sorry Otley.
